To make these delightful banana popsicles, you will need the following equipment:

  • Popsicle sticks
  • Plate
  • Parchment paper
  • Knife
  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (120 ml) (preferably 100% peanuts)
  • 100 g dark chocolate, melted (sugar-free and non-dairy)

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut or sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bananas:
    • Cut the bananas in half and insert a popsicle stick into the bottom of each banana half.
    • Place the bananas on a plate lined with parchment paper and freeze for about an hour.
  2. Add the Peanut Butter:
    • After the bananas have frozen, dip them in peanut butter. Alternatively, you can spread the peanut butter onto the bananas using a knife.
    • Place the peanut butter-coated bananas back in the freezer for a couple of hours, or until the peanut butter has set.
