To make these delicious No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Slices, you will need the following equipment:
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon or spatula
- Baking pan
- Parchment paper
- Refrigerator
- Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler (for optional chocolate topping)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup creamy salted peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 1/3 cup oat, almond, or coconut flour
Optional Toppings:
- Melted chocolate (non-dairy and refined sugar-free)
- Chopped chocolate (non-dairy and refined sugar-free)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy salted peanut butter, maple syrup or agave syrup, and your choice of oat, almond, or coconut flour. Mix until a cookie dough texture forms.
- Transfer to Baking Pan:
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer the cookie dough mixture into the pan, pressing it down evenly to create a smooth layer.
- Chill to Set:
- Place the baking pan in the refrigerator and let it set for about an hour.
- Optional Chocolate Topping:
- If desired, melt some non-dairy and refined sugar-free chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler. Once the cookie dough has set, remove it from the fridge and pour the melted chocolate over the top. You can also sprinkle chopped chocolate on top for extra texture and flavor.
