- 1 cup powdered sugar (170g)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cornstarch (100g)
- 2 heaping tablespoons flour (45g)

- 1.5-2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions:
- Whisk sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and flour in a pot. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Strain if necessary.

- Cover with cling film touching the surface to prevent a skin from forming. Chill in the refrigerator.
