- 7-8 sheets of baklava pastry
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 180g sugar
- 50ml water
- 100ml cream
- 20g butter
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cheesecake:
- 600g cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar (60g)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 100ml cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons flour (20g)
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla flavoring
- 75g caramel sauce
Apple Layer:
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Crumble:
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 60g butter
- Optional: walnuts
Instructions:
- For the caramel, cook sugar and water in a heavy-bottomed pan until amber. Add cream, then butter, salt, and vanilla.
- For the base, grease a pan with butter. Layer and butter the baklava sheets, and bake at 200°C for 3-4 minutes.
