  • 10-12 Center chocolates
  • 50g almonds, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Apple Compote Preparation:
    • In a saucepan, combine apple pieces, vanilla bean (split and scraped), water, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until apples are tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in sugar and let cool. Remove the vanilla bean and transfer compote to a piping bag.
  2. Vanilla Cream Preparation:
