Ingredients: Base:

  • 7-8 sheets of baklava pastry
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Optional: 1.5 packets of digestive biscuits and 75g butter

Caramel:

  • 180g sugar
  • 50ml water
  • 100ml cream
  • 20g butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cheesecake:

  • 600g labneh (or cream cheese)
  • ⅓ cup sugar (60g)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100ml cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp flour (20g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 75g caramel

Apple Layer:

  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Crumble:

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 60g butter
  • Optional: chopped walnuts

Instructions:
