    • 100g brown sugar
    • 2-3 ripe bananas
    • 2-3 tbsp cinnamon

    • 200g cream cheese
    • 150g powdered sugar
    • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
    • Banana chips for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine egg, sugar, and salt. Stir in the milk mixture.
    • Using a dough hook, knead in the flour on medium speed for 3-4 minutes. Add butter and continue kneading for 8-10 minutes on high speed until smooth.
    • Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  2. Make Cinnamon/Banana Filling:
