300g digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
100g vegan butter, melted

320ml plant-based milk (such as soy milk)
The thick part of a 400ml can of coconut milk (excluding the water)
130g fine sugar
35g cornstarch
30g cocoa powder
A splash of vanilla extract

1 banana, chopped
200ml vegan whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Chocolate shavings for garnish
Custard Method:

Prepare the biscuit base and place it in the freezer to set.
