  1. Ingredients:
    • Eggs: 2
    • Chocolate Chips: 200 grams
    • Milk: 100 milliliters
    • Butter: 100 grams
    • Sugar: 100 grams

    • Manitoba Flour: Approximately 500 grams
    • A pinch of Salt

    • Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add all other ingredients, mixing the dry yeast with 4-5 tablespoons of warm water before adding. Knead for 10 minutes, then gradually incorporate the chocolate chips. Let the dough rise for 2-3 hours.
  4. Assembling the Braid:
    • After the dough has risen, divide it into six portions. Roll out each portion and spread a layer of ricotta on top. Sprinkle the mixed berries and sugar mixture over the ricotta, then roll up each portion. Braid these rolled portions, place in a baking mold, and let it rise for an additional 30 minutes.
