Ingredients for an 18/20 cm mold.

  • 2 packets of Oreo cookies, crushed (with or without filling)
  • 85 g Melted Butter
  • 600 g Semi-Sweet Chocolate + 300 ml Cream + 15 tbsp Peanut Paste
  • 300 g White Chocolate + 100 ml Cream + 7 tbsp Peanut Paste
  • 500 g Raspberries (approximately, I used 300 g)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the creams separately and pour over each chocolate with peanut paste. Let rest for 5/10 minutes, stir until melted. Chill overnight and whip the next day. If too hard, microwave briefly before whipping.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press into the base of the mold.
  3. Spread semi-sweet chocolate ganache, add raspberries, followed by white chocolate ganache, more raspberries, and finish with semi-sweet ganache. Refrigerate.
  4. For frozen raspberries, thaw and drain excess water before adding to the cake. Fresh raspberries can be used directly but may release water upon thawing.
  5. Decorate as desired.
