  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) brown sugar
  • 23 grams (3 tbsp) all-purpose flour
  • 28 grams (2 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. For the dough, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients using a fork until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of your tart pan.
  4. Arrange the banana slices over the crust. Mix the crushed pecans with brown sugar and sprinkle this mixture over the bananas.
