Caramel Crispy Pie with Chocolate Ganache

  • 150g vegan butter
  • 130g caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tin vegan condensed milk
  • 1 heaped tsp white miso paste
  • A good pinch of salt
  • 250g vegan rice crispies

  • 75ml vegan cream
  • 100g dark chocolate
