- 1 packet petit beurre biscuits

- Shredded coconut (for sprinkling)
For the Pudding:
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50g butter
Instructions:
- Prepare the Carrot Layer:
- Grate the carrots and place them in a saucepan.
- Add the water, butter, and sugar to the carrots.
- Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, or until the carrots are soft and the mixture has thickened.
- Break the petit beurre biscuits into small pieces.
