  • 2 tbsp sugar in 150 g warm milk

For Ganache and Drips:

  • 100 g cream (33% fat)
  • 50 g milk chocolate

For the Frosting:

  • 350 g cottage cheese
  • 55 g cream (30% fat)
  • 70 g powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Prepare Sponge: Whip eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add sifted flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix oil and milk, then fold into the batter. Bake at 175°C for 40-45 minutes.
