  • 225g unsalted butter, softened
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 80ml buttermilk, room temperature

  • 65g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 110g icing sugar
  • 125g unsalted butter

  • 200ml double cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
