Sponge Base:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

Chocolate Mousse:

  • 300g of dark chocolate
  • 100ml of milk
  • 400g of whipping cream
