Cream Preparation:

  1. Heat the second part of the cream to a boil and pour over the dark chocolate. Mix until smooth.
  2. Combine cream cheese, first part of the cream, powdered sugar, and cocoa. Whip until smooth.
  3. Add the chocolate-cream mixture and whip again.

Cake Syrup:

  • 120g water
  • 30g sugar
  • 5g cocoa powder

Syrup Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Let it cool.
