Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Milk
  • 125 g Butter or Margarine
  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar

  • 2.5 cups Orange Juice (add lemon juice for tartness if desired)
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • Slightly more than ½ cup Sugar (adjust to taste)

  • Desiccated Coconut

Preparation:
