Base Ingredients:

  • 200g of cocoa biscuits
  • 100g of butter

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1kg of cheesecake cheese (quark)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla custard powder
  • 200g of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cheesecake spice or a few drops of vanilla flavoring (optional)
  • 100g of 30% cream
  • Melted white chocolate for topping

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter and mix with crushed cocoa biscuits. Press into a 25x30cm pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate.
