Pâte Brisée

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter, chilled and cubed
  • 65 g water
  • 5 g salt

Vanilla Custard

  • 700 ml milk
  • 350 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
