  • Flour: 440g
  • Sugar: 50g
  • Baker's Yeast: 10g
  • Lukewarm Milk: 120g
  • Eggs: 3
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Salt: 4g

  • For the Egg Wash: 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp heavy cream

Instructions:
