Ingredients:

  • Egg Yolks (medium): 5
  • Salt: A pinch
  • Granulated Sugar: 1/2 cup (100g)
  • Heavy Cream: 2 1/2 cups (550ml)

  • Orange Extract: 1/4 tsp or Orange Zest: 1/2 tsp

Instructions for Vanilla Cream:

  1. Warm the oven to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Whisk together egg yolks, a pinch of salt, and sugar until well blended.
