Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 125g butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tea glass (about 100ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 tea glass (about 100ml) powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For the Syrup:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tea glass (about 100ml) milk

For the Cream Filling:

  • 3.5 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tea glass (about 100ml) granulated sugar
  • 1 packet whipped cream powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Syrup:
    • In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
    • Once the sugar is dissolved, add the milk. There's no need to boil the mixture.
    • Set the syrup aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the Dough:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, vegetable oil, powdered sugar, egg, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix well until smooth.
    • Gradually add the flour, mixing until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.
    • Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
    • Take small portions of the dough (about the size of a walnut) and roll them into balls.
    • Place the dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Cream Filling:
    • In a saucepan, combine the milk, cornstarch, flour, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
    • Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming.
    • Once cooled, add the whipped cream powder and beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble the Cookies:
