Decoration Tips: Once chilled, adorn your cheesecake with fresh berries, a sprinkle of powdered sugar, or a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce for an extra touch of elegance and flavor.

Crust:

  • 150g of crushed biscuits
  • 100g of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar Combine all ingredients and press them into a cake tin lined with baking paper. A 22 cm diameter mold is ideal, but a standard 26 cm one works too.

Cheese Layer:

  • 500g of cream cheese
  • 200g of sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs Blend the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time, continuously mixing. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

Top Cream Layer:

  • 4 units of sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar After baking the first layer for 45 minutes, pour the mixed sour cream and sugar over it and bake for another 15 minutes. The cake will appear quite liquid when removed from the oven but will set perfectly after cooling. Cool at room temperature first, then refrigerate.

Enjoy!
