  • 500g flour
  • 600ml milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 220g sugar
  • 320g butter

  2. Mix 250g flour, 75g sugar, and a pinch of salt. Distribute 120g of butter, cut into small pieces, over the mixture and blend until crumbly. Add vanilla and 1 egg, kneading into a smooth dough. Roll out between two sheets of baking paper to approximately 20 x 30 cm, transfer to a baking sheet, and chill for 30 minutes. Remove the top layer of baking paper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, create crumbles by combining 250g flour, a pinch of salt, 80g sugar, and 200g of butter in pieces.
  4. Stir the pudding, spread it over the chilled dough, and sprinkle with the crumbles. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and then cut into pieces for serving.
