    • 90g brown sugar
    • 120g Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
    • 380g wheat flour
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 150g chopped pecans (reserve some for topping)
  • Topping:
    • Reserved chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Boil dates with 1 tsp baking soda in water until they soften (about 5 minutes after boiling). Blend into a creamy consistency, adding 1 cup of the boiling water.
