Cake:
- 4 eggs
- Just over 1/2 cup sugar (100g)
- 75ml warm water
- Just under 1 cup flour (80g)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (20g)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 3 level tbsp cocoa (30g)
Cream Filling:
- 500ml milk
- Slightly less than 1/2 cup sugar (75g)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cornstarch (50g)
- 1 heaping tbsp flour (25g)
- 1 packet vanilla
- 60g butter
- 100g white chocolate
- 12 small bananas
Chocolate Topping:
- 450g milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Just under 1 cup crushed nuts
Instructions:
- Bake Cake: Mix dry ingredients, beat egg whites with half the sugar, and yolks with the rest. Add water and dry mix to yolks. Fold in egg whites and bake at 175°C.
