Ingredients:
- 325g self-rising flour
- 50g vegan vanilla protein powder (or substitute with extra flour)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 150g sugar
- 300ml dairy-free milk mixed with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 50ml brewed coffee
- 90g dairy-free yogurt
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 100g walnuts, crushed

- 80g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
