Ingredients:

For the Sponge:

  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 10 tbsp sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 20 tbsp flour

For the Soaking Mixture:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 500 ml vegetable whipping cream
  • 300 ml powdered milk

For the Topping:

  • 500g Trilece topping

Instructions:

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar, continuing to beat, then mix in the egg yolks.
  2. Gently fold in the flour and baking powder.
  3. Line a baking tray with foil, lightly greased, and pour in the batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
  4. Let the sponge cool, remove from the tray, and peel off the foil. Prick the top of the sponge with a knife.
  5. Pour the vegetable whipping cream into the same baking tray, then place the pricked sponge layer back in, allowing it to soak for 15 minutes.
  6. Mix the milk and powdered milk, then pour it over the sponge. Allow another 15 minutes for absorption.
  7. Once the sponge has absorbed the milks, spread the Trilece topping evenly over the cake.
