- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 20 tbsp flour

- 500 ml vegetable whipping cream
- 300 ml powdered milk

- 500g Trilece topping

- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar, continuing to beat, then mix in the egg yolks.
- Gently fold in the flour and baking powder.
- Line a baking tray with foil, lightly greased, and pour in the batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
- Let the sponge cool, remove from the tray, and peel off the foil. Prick the top of the sponge with a knife.
- Pour the vegetable whipping cream into the same baking tray, then place the pricked sponge layer back in, allowing it to soak for 15 minutes.
