Ingredients:

  • 150g oats
  • 250g plain flour
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 200g Biscoff spread

Method:

  1. Line a square baking tray with parchment paper. Melt the Biscoff spread and pour it into the tray, then freeze it.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  4. Melt the dairy-free butter and stir it into the dry mixture.
  5. Remove the frozen Biscoff from the freezer.
  6. Press about two-thirds of the crumble mixture into the base of the tin. Cover this with the frozen Biscoff layer.
