- 120g Brown Sugar (½ cup + 3 tbsp)
- 1 Egg (room temperature)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 packet Vanilla
- A pinch of Baking Soda
- 180g Flour (slightly more than 1½ cups)
- 15g Cornstarch (1 heaping tbsp)
- 2 tsp Nescafe
- 1 tbsp Hot Water
- A pinch of Salt
