  • 130g integral brown sugar
  • 310g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 150g integral brown sugar
  • 100g honey
  • 60ml fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 200g pecan nuts
  • 200g walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a 23×23 cm square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. To make the base, cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in flour, cinnamon, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
