Equipment Needed
To make these delicious Flourless Chocolate Brownies, you will need the following equipment:
- Mixing bowl
- Fork or potato masher
- Spoon or spatula
- Ovenproof baking dish
- Oven
Ingredients:
- 60g peanut butter
- 2 bananas
- 20g cocoa powder
- 30g date sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Chocolate chips (non-dairy and refined sugar-free)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat.
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, date sugar, and baking powder to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Add Chocolate Chips:
- Fold in a handful of non-dairy and refined sugar-free chocolate chips into the batter.
- Bake the Brownies:
- Pour the batter into an ovenproof baking dish.
- Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top of the batter for extra chocolaty goodness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve:
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
