Equipment Needed

To make these delicious Flourless Chocolate Brownies, you will need the following equipment:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork or potato masher
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Ovenproof baking dish
  • Oven

Ingredients:

  • 60g peanut butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 30g date sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Chocolate chips (non-dairy and refined sugar-free)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat.
  2. Prepare the Batter:
    • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
    • Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, date sugar, and baking powder to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add Chocolate Chips:
    • Fold in a handful of non-dairy and refined sugar-free chocolate chips into the batter.
  4. Bake the Brownies:
    • Pour the batter into an ovenproof baking dish.
    • Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top of the batter for extra chocolaty goodness.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
