  • 2 large eggs, to add structure and richness
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract, for a classic flavor base
  • 4 cups of flour (520 grams), for a soft and tender crumb
  • 2 tbsp of cornstarch, to help thicken the batter
  • 1 tsp of baking soda, to ensure a perfect rise
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon, for that spicy warmth
  • 1/2 tsp of salt, to balance the sweetness
  • 1 cup of cinnamon chips, for an extra cinnamon kick
  • 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips, for creamy pockets of sweetness
  • 1/2 cup of apple, cut into thin chunks, for a fresh, juicy crunch

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 4 oz of cream cheese, for a tangy twist
