  3. Let the mixture rest at room temperature for 8-10 minutes.

  5. Transfer the dough to a large oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
  6. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle. Add raisins and other desired ingredients, fold and shape lightly.
