      • 2 eggs
      • 1 tea cup yogurt
      • 1 tea cup vegetable oil

      • 4 cups sugar
      • 4 cups water

      • 250g melted butter mixed with 1 tea cup vegetable oil
      • 1.5 cups crushed walnuts

    • Roll each ball in starch to the size of a plate, stacking five layers. Roll out these five layers to the size of the baking tray.

    • Mix melted butter with oil and pour over the baklava.
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for over an hour until golden brown and crispy.
