Ingredients: Choux Pastry:

  • 100ml water
  • 90g flour
  • A pinch of salt and sugar
  • 60g butter
  • 2-3 eggs (room temperature)

Soaking Syrup:

  • 150ml milk
  • 50ml water
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp sugar

Cream:

  • 500ml milk
  • ½ cup sugar (85g)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 heaping tbsp flour
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 60g butter
  • 1 packet whipped cream powder
  • 1.5-2 tbsp cream (optional)

Nutty Chocolate Sauce:

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4-5 tbsp chopped hazelnuts

Ganache:

  • 100g cream
  • 80g dark chocolate

Instructions:

  1. For the choux pastry, boil water, butter, salt, and sugar. Add flour and cook. Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time.
