Ingredients:
- 40g egg white (from 1 large egg)
- ½ cup coconut flakes (40g)
- 18g cocoa powder (2 tablespoons)
- 1 cup ground walnuts (100g) (hazelnuts or almonds work too)
- Slightly more than ½ cup powdered sugar (70g)
- ½ packet of vanilla flavoring
- 2-3 tablespoons chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Gradually add coconut and cocoa if not using exact measurements. The mixture will be sticky.
- Add chocolate chips, then freeze for 10-15 minutes until firm. (You can also refrigerate overnight.)
