Ingredients:

  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 400g Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)
  • 60g ground hazelnuts
  • 400g blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 500g mascarpone cheese
  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 125g melted butter
  • 70ml milk
  • 100g ground hazelnuts (for the base)

Instructions:

  1. Warm the heavy cream in a pan, then remove from heat and melt the white chocolate in it. Set aside to cool, then whip until fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the mascarpone with 250g of Nutella. Combine with the whipped cream mixture.
  3. Divide this mixture into three equal parts.
  4. Mix the remaining 150g of Nutella with 60g of ground hazelnuts.
  5. Toss the blueberries in a baking dish with sugar and cornstarch. Bake until bubbly. Once done, lightly mash with a fork and set aside to cool.
  6. For the base, mix the crushed biscuits, melted butter, milk, and 100g ground hazelnuts. Press firmly into a 24cm cake pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Layer the base with one part of the mascarpone mixture, followed by the blueberries, another layer of the mixture, the Nutella-hazelnut blend, and finally, the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  8. Decorate as desired and refrigerate for a few hours until set.
