Ingredients:

  • 60g soft flour, 26g cocoa powder, 67ml vegetable oil, 90ml milk, 4 egg yolks, 1g salt, 4 egg whites, 95g sugar, 2g lemon juice, chocolate chips for topping.

  6. Place the mold in a larger tray with hot water and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 15 minutes, then at 130°C for 60 minutes.
  7. Remove the Teflon sheet while hot.
