Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch or 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- For the cheesecake batter, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar and vanilla, then the egg until well incorporated. Set aside.
