Mince Pie Bakewell Tart
Ingredients:
- Shortcrust pastry (store-bought is fine)
- 1 jar of mincemeat
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of one orange

- 110g vegan butter
- 110g caster sugar
- 3/4 tsp almond extract
- 75ml plant milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 35g plain flour
- 150g ground almonds
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
