Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla-flavored instant pudding
  • ½ cup sugar (80g)
  • 125g butter
  • 90g white chocolate
  • 1.5 cups coconut flakes
  • 100ml cream (cold, 35% fat)
  • 2 packets of biscuits

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, combine milk, sugar, and pudding mix. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and add butter and white chocolate, stirring until melted.
  3. Stir in coconut flakes, then finally add the cream and mix well.
  4. Layer biscuits in a dish, pour 1/3 of the cream mixture over them. Add another layer of biscuits and half of the remaining mixture.
  5. Finish with a final layer of biscuits and the rest of the cream mixture.
