  • 1 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup Nutella
  • 3 tbsp cream (adjust as needed)

Procedure:

Dough Crafting:

  1. Mix warm milk, yeast, and 2 tbsp sugar; let it rest for about 10 mins.
  2. In a mixer, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Introduce butter until mix resembles crumbs.
  3. Blend in eggs and milk mixture until a soft dough forms. Let rise for 1-2 hours.

Filling Creation: 6. Spread a softened layer of Nutella on the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle with banana bits and cinnamon.
