  • 25-30 ladyfingers
  • 450ml coffee, cooled
  • 30g cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mascarpone Cream:
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until the mixture becomes pale and thick.
    • Add the orange zest and vanilla extract (or vanilla sugar), and mix well.
    • In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
    • Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly, then fold it into the egg mixture.
    • Add the mascarpone to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Whip the Cream:
    • In another mixing bowl, whip the unsweetened whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Assemble the Tiramisu:
    • Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow dish.
    • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not too soggy.
    • Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a baking dish or individual serving glasses.
