  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 cup oat milk, gluten-free
  • 1/3 cup 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup creamy 100% peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1 1/4 cup fine oat flour, gluten-free
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Avocado or coconut oil spray

Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut butter (also called coconut manna)
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts, for topping

Instructions:
