  • 125 g cold butter, cubed
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg

  5. Form Edges: Cut strips from the dough to create edges for the tart. Trim any excess with a knife.
  6. Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake for 15-18 minutes for individual tarts and about 25 minutes for larger tarts, or until golden.
  7. Cool and Fill: Let the tart shells cool before filling them with your favorite ingredients.
