- ¼ Cup Vegetable Oil (50 ml)
- 200 ml Kefir (1 cup)
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 190g Sugar (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 240g Flour (2 cups)
- 40g Cornstarch (4 level tbsp)
- 1 packet Baking Powder
- A pinch of Baking Soda
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 packet Vanilla
- 225g Frozen Fruit
- Optional: 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
For the Crumble:
- 1 tsp Butter/Margarine
- 4 tbsp Sugar (45g)
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp Flour
