  • 200g Ground Plasma Biscuits or Biscuits of Choice

For the Filling:

  • 1L Milk
  • 200g Sugar
  • 125g Smooth Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 100g Cooking Chocolate
  • 20g Butter

Additional:

  • 250ml Unsweetened Whipping Cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
  • 100g White Chocolate
  • 3 Bananas
  • Juice of Half a Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Evenly spread 200g of ground biscuits in a 33x40 cm tray.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a saucepan, mix sugar, sifted flour, cornstarch, cocoa, and milk until smooth. Cook for a few minutes, constantly stirring until it thickens like pudding.
    • Remove from heat, add broken cooking chocolate and butter, stir until melted, and immediately pour over the biscuit base. Spread quickly as it sets fast.
  3. Cool:
    • Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for several hours.
  4. Prepare the Topping:
