- 125g unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into cubes
- ¼ cup monkfruit blend or white sugar
- 260g almond flour
- 70g crispy quinoa
- ⅓ cup oat milk (or any thick plant-based milk)

- 485g fresh plums, pitted and chopped
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup monkfruit blend or white sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 80g crispy quinoa
